Oxigen — Recharge Scam/Fraud | |
I have used oxigen website to recharge my airtel number. The recharge amount Rs. 351 was successfully detected from my bank account but my mobile number is not yet recharged. I called the customer care about this issue, they were just disconnecting the call for 3 times and then a guy picked up the call during the 4th time and told me to contact the airtel. Really poor customer service and big scam website. I recommend the people of India to not use this scam website. Was this information helpful? | |
