[Resolved] Oxigen Wallet — Refund issue | |||||
I was adding 300 rs from hdfc netbanking to oxigen wallet on 27-10-16. Transaction failed which happens many often with this site but amount deducted. Customer care has registered ticket 323967 for this, when it couldn't be solved they created another ticket 338361. It has been 14 days. No resolution so far. Multiple follow-up resulted in vein.
