[Resolved]  Oximall — Recharge under process

I am a vendor in oximall. i have recharged a tatasky account no [protected] with Rs.200 on 01.09.2015. the status of recharge is still under process. I have tried to lodge a complaint in oximall, but it isn't responding. So I request to take care of this problems as soon as possible and recharge my customer's setu box.
