Oxitransid — [protected] Mobile not recharged OxitransId-[protected] A?(0) Tid=[protected]

I recharged my no. [protected] with Rs. 198 first and then again with Rs.252 for 2 GB/2.5GB for internet balance through sms banking vide no.- ( OxitransId-[protected] A?(0) Tid=[protected] and ( OxitransId-[protected] A?(0) Tid=[protected]. But both the cases my airtel no. not recharged with any amount. why? And how can I returned back the amount. PLease arrange to return back my money to my sbi a/c [protected]
