Pacenet Broadband — Internet Disconnection again & again

Hi, My Internet is not working properly since last 15days, disconnection again and again. I've registered 7-8 complaint till now, but no-one come to fix the issue. Really very very poor services by Pacenet Internet. Afraid to renew from next.
