Complaint against the authorized service centre of Panasonic mobile based at Neemuch of Madhya Pradesh .name of service centre is BIT COMPUTERS.service centre denied to repair under warranty mobile handset Panasonic eluga icon which I purchased on[protected]..make demand for repair cost...service centre not deposite handset provided that I continue three day contacted to the bit computers on August17, 19, &20...address of service centre is...bit computers. I have bought a panasonic mobile phone model ELUGA I2 and EMI [protected] on 10 march 2017.My dispaly autometic blue color and then white blank color after sometime nothing in my mobile phone.
So please solved my problem soon as possible.

I am facing so many problems after purchasing the mobile Aluga A2. I have purchasesd this mobile in the month of Dec 2016 on[protected]copy of bill attached ). Detail of view as given below.

1. There are so many optoon for purchase the mobile but I have some views that panasonic is reputed company. I am an engineer working in Doordarshan department. Being an engineer I realised that panasonic is more better prosuct than other company. So I puchased this product.
2. From the starting mobile was getting hot but I managed by keeping off data restriction, power saving, mobile data on only at time o[censored]se.
3. Suddenly when I was on tour this mobile was getting stucked and giving android is starting, optimizing the app. I was takwen 30 minute and again mobile getting power off even then battery is more than 60%.
4. After getting the detail of panasonic service centre as mentioned above.
5. I tried to submit mobile for repairing but firt time service centre I Pick solution did not accept my complaint and received the my mobile for account removal only (copy of cash memo towards Rs 300/- enclosed).
6. I tried my problem but told to wait for further response.
7. Again I rushed to service centre on 2 june 2017 but their staff did not make proper job sheet, they mannualy received my mobile and told to send this mobile to the company for repairing.
8. I was waiting for response after repairing I Pick solution will call to hand over the mobile.
But there no response from service centre. I made a request to you on[protected] then I received ac all for collection the repaired mobile.
9. At the of delivery I was not satisfied because same problem was showing android is starting optimizing the app.
10. But his engineer advise me to remove the memory card and use it.
11. At last I received the mobile on[protected] and again it is ging same problem android ias starting, optimizing the app .
12. It is not switching off continuously on and off ( auto starting). I can not use mobile in ant case.
13. In short I wish to confirmed from you that has M/s I Pick solution sent to yor company or not? Because I feel they did not send the mobile to yourcompany for repairing.
14. I was very much hearted with such response from srvice centre and panasonic.
15. I have deposited the mobile against job No mentioned as above.
16. Please ensure that the mobile must be sent to company for repair satisfactory.
17. Ii is requested to replace by new mobile or working one for my mental peace and mainten the your reputation.
