I bouth Panasonic Mobile 14 months back, having battery problem within 6 months.
Now battery is not at all working and surprisingly not available in market.
While communicating with customer care they suggested to visit service center. Shokingly when i sent my executive there in service center, he was told to wait for some time. He waited there for an hour but no one attneded him. Ultimately he left place as he was assigned another work too.
Repeatadely second day he had same experience. I by the way wrote email to custome care to make battery available in market or even I am open to pay courier charges if they deliver battery to my home.
Let's see but one of worst ever expereince I had for so called much reputed brand Was this information helpful? |
