Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt Ltd — Illegal demands, Delayed possession, Rude Staff, Denial to pay Penalty Charges

I made a mistake of buying a flat in Panchsheel buildtech. I sent numerous mails asking them to give me some idea of their future demands and they refused to reply to mails. Then suddenly, they asked me to pay more than Rs 7 lacs in 30 days threatening cancellation of my unit. In Panchsheel Hynish they are building as many as 1300 flats in a small area of 7.5 acres. This means that there will be no open space and there will be issues with parking. The possession was promised in Feb 2015, however, even the external plaster has not been done till now. The builder has not paid the penalty charges as per the Builder Buyer Agreement. When I called Panchsheel, a person named Manu Dev Sharma said that Panchsheel will not give any penalty. He was also rude, arrogant and argumentative and said, "nahin Denge Charges", "Aap mujhe nahin bata sakte ki kya karna hai". Panchsheel hires these rude and foul-mouthed people as Customer Care Executives so that customers do not call them. I have written numerous mails but it is their policy not to reply to the mails. Also, they do not give NOC if you want to sell the property, so you are stuck with them until your property is registered. Buy a Panchsheel flat only if you are ready to be harassed for next 5 to 10 years by their illegal demands, Rude Staff and painstakingly slow construction. Even their Sr management does not bother to even acknowledge your issue or complaint.
