Brief:
2010: We bought an apartment with Panchsheel Greens & paid for a 1st-floor 3BHK apartment
2013: We were informed that Panchsheel Group will be shifting our unit to another tower as the original tower we had bought the apartment in was not cleared & is awaiting approvals.
2015: We were finally given another apartment on the 13th floor & were told by the builder to either take it or wait for a refund, on which we decided to go ahead & adjust. In doing so our amount was never adjusted and we paid extra for the lower floor.
2019: We got handover of the apartment & got the registry done
2021: We decided to transfer the apartment for which Panchsheel had to give us a No Object Certificate (no dues) & asked her to pay them INR59, 000 for the same, which we paid on the 29th of Jan'22.
Besides the numerous times, we have been let down by the management's commitments towards servicing &/or acknowledging their professional courtesy towards a consumer, Panchsheel management has shown complete disregard towards our Consumer Law & have openly disrespected & behave as if they are above the Law of our land.
I am like many others are suffering from Panchsheel Group's hooliganism and blatant disregard for law & authority.
All We ask for is that Panchsheel management gives us our receipt of INR59, 000 towards NoC so we can exit peacefully without losing any more of our hard-earned taxed money.
