We placed an order for a saree online through www.parisera.com on 10th September 2019 and got a confirmation of order number PAR[protected] after making full payment of INR 18, 020.
From the day onwards, we have been following up regularly over phone, email and WhatsApp. Initially, they were responding and promising to despatch the saree ordered. However, for last one month they have stopped responding.
We had ordered this saree for a special occasion and could not get it in time. We are still interested to get delivery of this saree else, we would like to take your help and get a refund for the amount paid.
