Parisera — Saree bought from them

1. I bought a Ssaha Jamdani Khadi saree from their website Parisera.com. when the product came to me...It didn't look new. it had no luster or any new material look. the border looked little shrivelled like it had gone through a wash. I wasn't sure..I still decided to see further, so I put the saree on the ironing table..and I saw a stain on it..like a food stain or some other material.. So, just inquisitive..i scrapped a little to see what it was..and it shocked me. Then took a picture of that...I am enclosing the picture for you.

it totally confirmed my feel that the saree had been used and launderied before it was sent to me. They charged me a premium price of Rs9500/- for that cotton khadi saree plus 1500Rs for shipping it to me.

2. The other saree Ghansyamdas Sarode shows as such a bright lusterous saree with a nice hue of blue..but, the saree I got doesn't look like that. it is quite dull. They charged me Rs5880 for the saree and a shipping charge of Rs1500/-

Now they want me to post the sarees back to them at my cost and also they are refusing to give me refund for the products. They say I have to exchange.
