I paid for a sari inr 31, 710 including shipping cost, in aug 2019 to parisera.com.

One sari from the order was not shipped, and after 3 months i was told that the sari cannot be shipped and i pick another sari. I asked them for a refund, and they were not willing to.

We placed an order for a saree online through www.parisera.com on 10th September 2019 and got a confirmation of order number PAR[protected] after making full payment of INR 18, 020.

From the day onwards, we have been following up regularly over phone, email and WhatsApp. Initially, they were responding and promising to despatch the saree ordered. However, for last one month they have stopped responding.

Parisera is worse place to buy the saree, I brought the saree from them the color was so bright when i receive it. before i place the order they said they had NO PROBLEM if i return the saree. But once you return it they want you to buy there ugly saree right away. They do not give you the time. All they care is about the money. Please please don't buy from them. BEWARE OF PARISERA. they don't care about customer....
