Hello bailley consumer cell,
I have been buying bailley packaged water 20 litre bottles for a year now. The water used to be good. However, for the last bottle i noticed that the water is soiled, with some brown substance floating inside the bottle. Immediately i brought it into notice of the store but they only replaced the bottle with another one but couldn’t gave me satisfactory answer to the soiled water.

I would like the company to do something immediately about it. The dealer's name is m/s. L-mart, rose icon society, pimple saudagar, pune, maharashtra – 411027. The bottle was sealed and yet the water was of poor quality. The store said that i should talk to the distributor which is again suspicious as it is the duty of the store to convey it to distributor and to the company.
Kindly take appropriate action regarding the same.

I have been buying bailley packaged water 20 litre bottles for a year . The water used to be good but the last few weeks bottle i noticed that the water with some substance floating inside the bottle. Immediately i brought it into notice of the store but they said they will discuss the matter with the distributor.
But when I buy again the bottle i found the same thing and inform about the incident but they said that they have informed the distributor and no respond from distributor yet and same things happens.

I would like the company to do something immediately as soon as possible. The bottle was sealed and yet the water was of poor quality.
Kindly take appropriate action regarding the same.
