Hi, have you found any help on this fraud case? I am facing same case and trying to register complaint in Cyber Crime Cell and RBI against bank account.

Story :- i wanted a dog so was searching in India mart so he texted me in whats app like :-hello you wrote to me about my Siberian husky puppy on India mart you need puppy? i texted yes i want he was sending me videos and photos of puppy i selected a puppy and asked husky's cost he said 20, 000 i got doubt on him y because no one is selling husky for so cheap even though, he sent me address :- my address:-24 circular road, soyuz apartment door no 6 dimapur nagaland pet shop name- marken pet shop, account details and shop address does not matches, i asked him for final price he said 20, 000 as a part he told me to transfer 8, 000 and he told me to transfer 12, 000 after receiving the dog i was agreed with him and payed the payment through online payment THANK GOD THE TOTAL 8, 000 PAYMENT WAS REVERSED FROM THE BANK IT SELF. and it whats app he was tell me to send me the mail address to lag more money from me AS happen with anand kumar and i just searched the name MS NDDWA BIBI MERVEILLE in google i found this thank god dont be fools.

Yes this is the same bank account which i sent money in fraud puppy case, i am going to register complaint in cyber crime cell, i will share online complaint email address in private message.

This is Avinash, yes pls don't trust this guy. Even I am cheated and lost 5000 RS, I thank God I did not totally fall in this trap. This all started when I enquired for few breeds in India Mart on 13th Feb and on 14th Feb this fellow named BIBI MERVEILLE pinged me over WhatsApp saying: like :-hello you wrote to me about my Rottweiler puppy. I asked him the price and he said 15000, then I enquired about Golden Retreiver and he said 14000, I bargained for 10000 and sent him 5k as advance and 5k on receipt of puppy. With in 1hr of payment he had sent me tracking details of the shipment and the consumer number. At around 3AM he again pinged me saying that puppy is now held at Kolkota Airport by the customs officer and will be confiscated and quarantine if we don't pay 75000 insurance amount. Also assured that this amount will be reversed once I receive puppy.
He asked me for my email address and with in no time after providing my email id I got an email as below. I then got doubt where in the world the Insurance amount will be refunded back. Please let me know where I can raise complaint on this Cheat.
