Payback — Payback points not credited

Hi I am a payback member with number ending 6105. I am also disappointed with payback customer service. I made a purchase of Rs. 32012 at Flipkart on 01/12/2014. I had followed the procedure during the transaction but the payback points never got credit. I informed payback customer care about it around 3rd february 2014 and they had asked for the delivery confirmation. This was sent on 07th Feb 2014 and still there is no clue as to when the points will get credited. Service request number is 8082232. Its so painful to keep the track of all the transactions and get back to payback when the points are not credited. Hope the points will get credited soon. Thanks AC
