[Resolved] Payback — not able to use reward points | |||
My payback account is linked with icici bank. Icici bank has given me the benefit. But payback has not updated my personal details given by icici because they dont not want me to take benefits and utilise my points. I complained of the same on 21/12/18. But still they have not updated the same. I am not getting otp message to my mobile no & as well as email id. For money transaction everything i am getting msg. Please update my mobile no and email id Already i have sent request mail on 21/12/2018 & 26/12/208. But still not updated. Please update asap Was this information helpful? | |||

I wrote to them on July 29, 2019 and the auto reply was that they will get back to me in two working days. 19821980 was the request reference number given to me.
The same day I got another email from them which I have reproduced below.

This is in response to your Service Request No. 19821980
Thank you for your mail to PAYBACK and the opportunity to assist you.
We understand that you are not able to login your PAYBACK account.
We checked and found that in your PAYBACK account contact details are not updated.
Request for updating your Profile details in your PAYBACK account ending with 2402 has been raised, reference number for the same is 19823309
This request will be forwarded to ICICI bank and your Profile details will be updated by 7 working days from the request date.ie;07.08.2019
You will receive an SMS alert on your PAYBACK registered mobile number / Email ID once your profile is updated.
Once the details are updated kindly login your account. (End of quote).
Having not received any SMS message or email from Payback, I wrote to them once again today i.e. August 26, 2019 and was shocked to get a reply stating that my email has been blocked.
WHAT A SHAME!!
ICICI Bank, will you please involve in this matter and help me???
