Paytm — Bal Deducted But Recharge not Done

I have made recharge online by using Paytm Online Services. I have Rs 30 in my cash wallet in Paytm Id which I created online. My Paytm Id is [protected]. I Made a recharge of rs 124 of my reliance no.[protected], but recharge was not happen successfully. The same is confirmed from reliance customer care, they denied that they did not received any request for my no. Order no is[protected]
