Paytm — Broken HP LaserJet Pro P1108 Single-Function Laser Printer

Hi Guys I have placed this order on 19th August & I received broken printer. They ask me to send by courier, Paytm will pay the courier charges. I sent by courier DTDC courier ( Receipt No: B[protected]. I have attached the receipt and also the status of the courier to paytm. The shipment reached to the concern person long back. Still Paytm saying : "We understand that product has been picked up from your place. We will process the refund as soon as the shipment reaches the Merchant" Can any one help on this issue.
