[Resolved]  Paytm.com — recharge was shown successful but they took my money

sir, i used paytm.com to recharge my airtel digital tv id: [protected] for rs 410 on 20/09/2014 2.00 a.m. paytm is showing recharge successful but airtel digital tv is showing no recharge done what can i do and on enquiry paytm accepted that there was an error on their part but they are refusing to give my money back Details as per paytm records Transaction receipt Transaction no: #[protected] Date: #[protected]T20:04:49.000Z [protected] Airtel Digital TV [protected] 410 Total 410 Total amount to be paid 410 the above is the confirmation from paytm without getting recharge done confirmation from airtel how can they show successful transaction i think this is fraudlent activity by paytm.com. please take necessary action against them
