hi, I have purchased a SPY PEN by Paytm but, I got a faulty spypen this pen record only audio, this pen is not able to record video. few days back I bought MI powerbank 10400mah.my order id is 78060125.The product was good in condition but unbale to charge devices.I used to charge sony xperia ZR and moto g(2nd) but product fails to charge them.

I Have purchased Inalsa make food processor, wonder maxie plus. On receipt and opening the box its chutney jas sealing ring was not intact and half in length and broken.
Also packing tape on INALASA box was not good and seems old block material was send. I request you please arrange to replace chutly jar cover or complete jar so reliability and confidence can retain on online shopping through paytm.
