Paytm — Fraudulent transaction for 10000 | |||
On 29/06/2016, i have received a fake call claiming that they are calling from CITI Bank to redeem my expired reward points. They have used my citi credit card no for two transactions as 5000 rupees from paytm mobile solutions at 4.02 pm and 4.05pm on 29/06/2016. My bank needs cancellation proof from you to proceed further. I want you to dishonor this transaction as this totally happened without my knowledge.
