[Resolved] Paytm — Fraudulently money charged and recharge not processed | |||
Hi, My name is Sriram. I made two recharges on 18th October 2014 for 455(order number[protected] and 1000 (order number[protected]. However they could not process it and said (Airtel Karnataka is down and your request is on queue) and money was deducted from my HDFC account. I waited for sometime and gave them some time however in the morning I saw my balance and the 3g packs were still not processed. Immediately I went and checked Paytm which to my amazement said "YOUR ORDERS ARE PROCESSED" even though i did not receive the balance nor the plan. I have been sending them numerous mails but not getting any proper reply or promise of resolution for last 3 days. Please help me with this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Got the money back in the Paytm cash wallet. The samme Money I can either use it for other recharges or initiate the transfer to my account | |||
