Paytm — Godrej Lock received faulty and PayTM is not responding | |||
I have purchased Godrej Navtal lock from PayTM online through application. The lock is delivered onetime but the problem is lock I received is damaged. So I requested PayTM to guide me to return/replace the lock through email. But even after the 23 email chain there is no response from paytm. They have promised to collect the lock the day before yesterday but they havn't collect it or either answer properly. One main issue is PayTM is not proving any customer care number when we are putting online orders and second problem is when we email to PayTM they are assigning fresh customer care executive to him/her I have to every time explained the issue. So the whole issue is being mashed up. Here though the dispute amount is less but by considering the increasing trend to online shopping customer should be protected against such events and also this information should be spread across the public so before purchasing any product from PayTM one can think 100 times. I personally request you to brodcast this issue on TV channel so PayTM can understand the seriousness of the issue. Thanks, Bhupat Was this information helpful? | |||
