Paytm Mobile Solutions — Amount debited from Account but transaction has not happened | |||||
• I did a recharge of Airtel prepaid from paytm on 8th Dec 2016 and order number is [protected] but it's still reflecting the message “waiting for operator confirmation" after calling your customer service the recorded female voice has clearly said this transaction has failed as i did not have the wallet amount, what service is this, no proper customer service not even the option to connect the customer person though I had made a recharge through net banking. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account and still the recharge has not happened and since then same message is reflecting. I even called Airtel customer service they clearly saying they have not got any message from paytm. It is really strange that Paytm has no customer care number where customers can get to talk about their complaints with their executive though recorded voice asked to press button 9 to connect to customer service but after pressing 9 it says ‘Wrong number” . What service is this? I even mailed at [protected]@Paytm.com related to my transaction but no response so far. I request for an early resolution of my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
