Paytm Mobile Solutions — amount debited from bank but neither added in my paytm wallet nor refunded back to my bank account.

On 5th nov'2017 i tried to recharge my dth connection (Videocon dth) via "paytm" mobile app with amount of rs. 525.00 as i have no money in my paytm wallet i have been redirected to payment gateway for selecting the intended payment option. I. E. "net banking (Axis bank)" instead of redirecting me directly to my bank account (Axis bank) net banking site it again asked me to login with valid paytm credentials after successfully logging into the paytm app with my valid credentials i have been redirected to "axis bank net banking website", where i have successfully completed the transaction but the amount deducted from my bank account was rs.1500.00 which was not i intended to do so as my videocon dth recharge amount was rs. 525.00. And on my "paytm mobile app" i received a message "payment failed" on that order and there is not transaction record available in my paytm app for this invalid amount rs.1500.00 that has been deducted from my bank account.

At 1st i didn't get that, how my payment of rs 525.00 being converted to rs.1500.00 that has been deducted from my bank account.
I have tried explaining the same to paytm customer care executives multiple times but seems to get no help from them anyway.

So posting the same complaint here so that company's higher officials can look into the problem statement and provide me the refund of rs. 1500.00.

It has already taken a month for me to wait for a valid response from paytm.

Please do the needful asap.
