Paytm Mobile Solutions — Balance not credited in new merge account

Dear Sir,

I received mail of paytm cash summary, in which my balance shows 13, 912.11. This account i merged with my new mobile number [protected], but till the time my paytm balance not credited or updated in merge account.

I am sending to many mails to paytm but no body is answering to my mail.

I am helpless now because my money is in trouble now... Also so much fraud calls received with reference of this complaint

Kindly help me to resolve this.

Kindly take this matter on top priority & try to resolve as early as possible.

Or please tell me how to launch complaint against Paytm in Cyber Cell or Cyber Crime
