Paytm Mobile Solutions — Delivery of convection oven

I have ordered a LG Microwave convection oven on 23-Apr-2017 in PayTM.

The status of the order changed to Shipped on 25-APR-2017 and to delivered on 26-APR-2017

But I have not received any item delivered to my home so far. Raised this as an issue to Paytm several times (starting 27th April until today 2nd May)

Complaint reference number as provided by Paytm are below: This was provided on each call, but there has no use to it. Neither i got the product, no the refund.

On every call made towards PayTM, the customer care representatives have simply put me on hold and then later responds / manages the call with no clear resolution, but asking me to wait further. for few more days.

The support provided has been extremely irritating. I would like to take this to consumer court.
