Paytm Mobile Solutions — Didn't get my refund amount even after seven days

I have made a payment of rs.570 on 3 december 2016 for my electricity bill bses rajdhani... After entering all the card details and otp i submit...in the next screen an error occurs stating payment transaction failed.. But immediately i got message from my bank that rs.570 has been successfully transferred to paytm... I have reported this issue many times in paytm app but they didn't respond to my request... It has been more than 7 seven days... I didn't receive my refund amount after seven days. I want my money back... Otherwise i have register complaint against paytm. Paytm promised that my money is mine untill i got what i paid for... Kindly give my money back.

I have recharged my phone through paytm cash but recharge was unsuccessful. They did not show about my recharge also in the orders section. I had to get back my Rs.120 for unsuccessful recharge but they did not return me.I want my money back. Please help me.
Dear sir I have an axis bank account one cheated guy use my card no and debit the amount by paytm and the paytm sequence no is 189489... Sir pls cancel the payment I need my money.. One more request sir I need the paytm I'd for the cheated guy pls help me...
