This is regarding the complaint no 12625082. I ordered two milton bottle but receive only one. I wrote the mail to paytm customer care and they replied back and confirmed me that refund amount of 848 will be refund back in my paytm wallet ([protected]) in 48 hours.48 hours has already been passed but still waiting for the refund amount. I hve charged customers by paytm received messages but my wallet has not been credited neither the payments reflects in the statement whereby image sent by customer shows payment debited.
Also payment order done by me to idea cellular on 9th dec 16 has been debited two times for the same order.
