Paytm Mobile Solutions — i want my money back or give me what i was promised | |||||
Dear sir, My order number is [protected]. I ordered this laptop on 20 nov 2017 from paytm. Dell inspiron 7559 (Intelcore i7- 6th gen/8gb ram/1tb hdd /4gb nvidia /touch / windows10) (Black) with ms office Which is supposed to have touch screen (15.6 inch uhd 3840*2160 truelife led backlit touch display) and instead i received a different laptop which does not have touch screen and display is also of substandard type (Which is 15.6 inch fhd 1920*1080 antiglae led backlit display). I tried contacting your costumer service number 1000 times and everytime they say "order id is wrong" i am a regular paytmmall buyer and am very disappointed with my experience. I also tried contacting the seller whose number is not working. I want my laptop to be replaced with the one i was originally promised.
