Paytm Mobile Solutions — Showed order error and recharge not done | |||||
As your costumer i am suffering a lot due to your negligence... i did recharge on no [protected] of rupees220 but it showed order error but money deducted ...immediately again i recharge on same number with same amount but again order error appeared on screen but again money deducted... After my complain you recharge one time but one more recharge of rupees 220 is still pending.i am sending screen shot of both the recharge which proof that one was done on 8.28 pm and the second one was done immediately at 8.31 pm.you recharege one order after my complain but second one is still pending I am a regular costumer of paytm but if this time you dont pay attention i will certainly loose faith on paytm and stop using paytm...i hope you look into the matter and do the needful.
