I paid through my paytm to club factory buy my payment got failed. Money got deducted from my bank but not returned till now. Its been 15days and the amount was 2100. I need my money. Thw saddest part is the service of paytm. They never pick your phone. # service paytm. Totally #. Help me please. Paytm pick up the phone. I was supposed to get a cashback of 450 rs against order [protected] within 24 hours of shipment. I have already raised a complaint but no action taken.
I have returned a sports shoe 15 days ago for fitting issue, but till now the amount Rs.498/- not yet refunded. I have follow up several times but no luck.
