Sir my paytm wallet balance is transfer to bank account so 2000 successful and 2000 pending when balance is not credit in my account

I made transection of 14000/- from paytm wallet to pnb bank account on dated 9-Dec-2016 but i didnot received 14000/- rupees till now.
Kindly do something as soon as possible.

I m not able to log in to my account, my mobile number is +91 [protected] . I didn't input my email ID while registering as it was optional . I transferred ₹ 439 from my old number [protected] and transaction ID - [protected] to my new account of mobile number +91 [protected]

Account is not access do to wrong password and my account is blocked
Payment is not going through after putting the password. Is there any limit? I haveto pay Rs. 1533.
Money not transferred in my bank but deducted my Paytm wallet 2000 rs Iwant to 2000Rs return to my bank but didnot transferred to my bank and deducted to my paytm wallet also
