Paytm Mobile Solutions — paytm not adding money transferred to wallet. | |
Paytm reference ticket no.:[protected] Two transactions of rs 2350 were made from citibank on 16 nov 2018 to paytm wallet. (Credit card statement shared as proof with paytm in feb 2019) The first transaction citibank ref id [protected] and paytm ref id 651633 is still not added to my wallet. {only the second one (215735) is seen in the wallet. (Both of these confirmed by paytm wallet team)} I had earlier raised a dispute with citibank and they confirmed that both amount’s were successfully sent to paytm (Citibank response and confirmation mail shared with paytm) All proof details for above were shared via mail and app vide multiple mails and apps and paytm confirmed receipt of proofs. The last ticket reference no.:[protected] of 08 mar 2019 on this is was created mr sabir from paytm 24x7 help and re-confirmed by chiranjit, vijay and their lead mr tarun on 08 mar 2019. Paytm keeps closing the ticket without resolving. I booked half yearly season train ticket in UTS using paytm on 10th March 2019 with an amount of Rs. 1960. The money got deducted but ticket not booked. Refund my amount.
