Paytm Mobile Solutions — Transaction Failed but Amount of 7800 deducted from my bank account. Paytm also confirmed the successful payment. | |||||
Hi, I was paying the amount of 7800 on zelo app for the security deposit. It got cancelled automatically but the amount of 7800 got deducted from my icici bank account. paytm has confirmed the successful payment of the mentioned amount against the order id 583fb1096193f2844e4856c through message. It happened on 2nd december 2016 in morning. But i did not get my amount back neither in my bank account nor in paytm wallet. Also there is not any transaaction trace in the paytm showing. Please resolve it with high priority. PFA attached sceenshot of the paytm wallet and the confirmation message from paytm. I am also not getting any assurance that they have got the amount and refund me back. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
