Paytm — Mobile with wrong color sent

I ordered for samsung galaxy A5 in White color. It costed me 19100. This product was also available in pearl white color which costed 18700 at that time. But paytm has send me Samsung Galaxy A5 in pearl white color instead of white color. When I called them they told me that the only option i have is to return the product. They don't have exchange policy. It is a case of deception. If they did not have this mobile in white color they should not have given an option to choose white color and when they have send a product with wrong color they can at least refund me the extra money that i paid for white color.
