Paytm — Money Deducted but Recharge not done | |||
I did recharge my airtel phone ([protected]) & didn't get recharge till now. My money have been deducted from my bank account. I have contacted to paytm support serveral times but still no solutions. i mailed to paytm customer care but they replied as below:
"Sorry for the delayed response.
We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know."
i again said to them that i didnt receive any balance nor money but they are not replying to me.
please help me get my money back.
