Paytm — neither received 3g recharge nor received amount

Hi, I made a 3G recharge of 1999 in my airtel mobile no.[protected], done on 29 March, 15 via paytm but I have not received that recharge yet.So I dropped the mail to customer care on 29 march and I got mail from customer care that I will get back my recharge within 24-48 hours or get that recharge on the same day. For that Ticket no.[protected] is generated for my query. But I haven't received neither recharge nor my money. And in paytm app this transaction status is still in processing. Please do the needful.
