Paytm — No recharge net pack reliance

Hi team, I have Done my reliance Recharge 149/-rupees but Paytm shows recharge successfully done but my relince account was not Credited so i called paytm but they telling Operators conformed recharge Successfully .. they told me to call relince . then i called relince Customer care unfortunately they also told . we not Received any payment from paytm . so please help me ...
