Paytm — Paytm Refund not received

I tried to recharge a cellphone [protected] with rs 200 on 14 july 2016 using my dena bank rupay card.
Amount debited from my bank account but recharged failed.
I contacted my bank(Dena bank) regarding this, they said amount has been paid by bank and now it is upto paytm to initiate my refund
I made a contact with paytm using customer service on paytm website but of no use.
Paytm policy says bank will refund within 3-10 days.
but today is 6 august and its more than 10 days.
I have and account with in paytm my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by poojagupta010 Today I have submitted my complaint against paytm for not refunding my money. immediatedly after submitting my complaint I received a call from this number [protected] acting as a paytm representative.
Person on the phone asked me about my complaint and prompted me to share my 16 digits atm card number, assuring me safety of my card
then asked me expiry date of my card. I told him that he is sounding phishy and this information is not sharable but then he asked me ccv no
I told him that i m gonna contact my bank. suddenly he disconnected the phone
Now I am feeling cheated !!
is this paytm or consumer complaints site who is making this type of phone callls??????????
the information he asked me, are confidential and not to be shared.
I want paytm or consumer complaints website to look into the matter. and assure the safety of the customer.
kindly update regarding action taken against customer care representative who was asking for my atm card credentials(card no, expiry date and ccv no)
