Paytm — Paytm Refund not received | |||||
I tried to recharge a cellphone [protected] with rs 200 on 14 july 2016 using my dena bank rupay card. Amount debited from my bank account but recharged failed. I contacted my bank(Dena bank) regarding this, they said amount has been paid by bank and now it is upto paytm to initiate my refund I made a contact with paytm using customer service on paytm website but of no use. Paytm policy says bank will refund within 3-10 days. but today is 6 august and its more than 10 days.
