Paytm — Poor delivery service | |||||
The delivery service provided by the paytm is very poor. I have ordered pen drive from paytm.The courier company is blue dart.The delivery person has not make any single call for delivery and leave the product with neighbour without any information and any clarification from recipent. Please improve such issues. At night we got notification that your product has delivered and even we doesnt get any information about our product that it is delivered to the one of my neighbour. Then we got our product when we inquired with 4 to 5 neighbours. Paytm should rectify such problems and courier service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
