sir i purchased hp laptop one week back from your website but when i checked the warranty of laptop, it shows active from september 2014 but i bought said laptop delivery on 13th may 2015. Is it is used product.but company is claiming that product sold on our website are new and authentic. then please enquire into the matter and refund my amount with expenses i paid for installation. my contact number is [protected].my laptop is hp15r007tx and serial number is CND4343DCX and product number is G8D31PA.
