Paytm — Purchase a product, has not delivered and giving foolish answers (Worst Management & Delivery system) | |||
Order Number:- [protected] I have purchased a product on PayTm Date :- 08 Jun '15 10:55 am Delivery Date : 20-JUNE-2015 One the first day when i track my order it shows out for delivery, then showing me status there is no such destination address (Are you making us fool?? If you can not deliver product on time then do not give approx dates) On immediate next day tracking system, showing status again out for delivery, and then showing customer has refused to take order. And the fact is, nobody comes to my place to deliver product. Have complaint several times but PayTm customer service employees making me fool by giving foolish excuses. Deepak, Ritu And Bikki has worked on this ticket - Ticket #[protected]:MPtkt - Help Query. And giving me stupid excuses. And also i demand to contact higher authority but they are not responding, i have told to cancel my order but there is again foolish answers like how to track order, why you are not avail at home...etc. And still not received my money back after cancelling order.
