I have tried to pay bill of my vodafone (postpaid)mobile N0. [protected] for an amount of 173 Rupees, but unfortunately the recharge was failed but deducted from my account a sum of 173 Rupees. Please do the needful to refund the amount deducted from my account as soon as possible

Updated by swedd i got a cal from paytm help center...they are asking my bank details...why they cant transfer my amount to paytm wallet..is there any need to ask bank details???
