Paytm — RECHARGE NOT CREDITED

Sir, I tried to recharge my AIRTEL Mobile with No. [protected] on 17th Sept 2014 for Rs.400/- using Andhra Bank Credit Card. Money got deducted but the recharge was not effected. When I contacted PAYTM they repeated said that the recharge was effected as per their records. I got fed up with their answer. After repeatedly sending them mails in vain I am lodging this complaint. Definitely there will be a mechanism to find out from the AIRTEL whether the recharge was done for the above mobile. I fail to understand why the PAYTM did not try it. They finally turned a deaf ear to my mails. I have decided not to use PAYTM hereafter. I advise all to be careful with this portal.

My Mobile number[protected] and friend numbers BSNL top up only . Further top up any time continue failed amount debited in my STATEBANK OF INDIA, CHROMPET, GST ROAD, CHENNAI.44. Excess Debit amount kindly credited in my savings Accounts please.
