We recharge our mobile No.[protected] (vodafone) for Rs 352/- on 11.10.2015 through our ATM o[censored]nion Bank of india. transaction failed and money was transferred to paytme wallet. we once again tried to recharge and paid from paytm wallet. but my recharge again failed but my money was neither transferred to my account or in paytm wallet.
