Paytm — recharge of rs. 300 not done | |||
I did a recharge on my Aircel phone :-"[protected]" through Paytm portal on jun 29 at 11:58 am . but the recharge did not happen in my phone . As i complained to them they said that i should wait for four hours and then check but it still did not happen. So, i made another complaint stating the same that i want my recharge done by the end of the day, but still they said that ok we will look into it. These conversations are still going on with them but i still did not get my recharge done . Yesterday, itself they said that they have contacted the "Aircel" company and told me to contact them myself regarding some operator reference no.-"[protected]C8170F" So, i tried contacting the Aircel company also, but they have their own sorts of problems that i can see. First of all, i talked to one of the customer care executives and he gave me another number of Tamil Nadu customer care to contact to, as my no. is registered in Tamil Nadu, but as it turned out that no. was of Kerela customer care . Then i talked to the Kerela customer care and she gave me another number to contact regarding my case. Then when i tried there i was told that this number is not even an Aircel number. Although i have been using this number over an year now . I mean i do not know what is going on anymore. they have taken my money and are harassing me for 5 days now . i want a serious action taken against whosoever's fault this is. i have also attached a screen shot of my balance after four hours of the recharge that they said to wait for.
