Paytm — refund for courier charge not given

I have placed an order on 19.05.2015 order ID[protected] with paytm and due to some reason I had sent the order back. I was told as the return pick may not be arranged I have to send the parcel at my own expense and same will be credited to my account. I had spent Rs 101 for the same and receipt is submitted to paytm many times (Speed Post No. ER[protected]IN. but whenever i raise a request for refund I got an answer as we have not received the receipt please send a scanned copy of receipt. Kindly intervene
