Paytm — refund not credit

Dear sir/madam,

I am amit kumar panja, registered mobile number on paytm is -[protected]. I ordered 2 train ticket from paytm on the dated 08.12.2019, but my personal problem i canceled these two ticket also but paytm not refund my money till now and not care care about it after my any times of complaining. But irctc confirm me the money already credited to paytm company. Find the attachments below.
