Paytm — rejecting return after delivering wrong product

I have ordered for a yellow sandal through paytm mall app.
The product recieved was entire different model with ash and blue colour. So requested for return and the pickup vuy refused to pickup stating that the product is not matching with the product in the image. When i asked why should i return if the product is the same, he was rude and harah on me. The courier guy was from bluedart. His contact no.: [protected].
Its not the first time i am facing the issue with paytm. I have ordered the product for an urgent use and now the time has gone as well as my money. I need compensation.
